Waste Management

Hoo Island

Hoo Island handles circa 500,000 tonnes of material per year. Located within half a mile of Chatham Docks, by barge we are 6 hours from the heart of London.

Hoo Island is a dredging deposition site and is predominantly used to maintain river navigation. Non-dredged material is used for engineering purposes.

We specialise in handling pumped dredged material but also handle grabbed material.
